Supervision with Jay Earley, PhD
Leading a group requires attending to several things at once: individual members, what is happening between members, the overall group process, and when and how to intervene.
Supervision offers a dedicated 1:1 space to reflect on your groups and examine your leadership with the support of Jay. He offers supervision at $300/hour, and is open to working on an as-needed or recurring basis.

What Can We Work On?
Group Process & Difficult Situations
Explore questions about group process, stages of group development, or difficult situations that arise when leading groups. You can also bring questions related to starting a group, pre-group interviews, the use of psychoeducation, and member departures.
Tracking Your Group Members
Look more closely at individual members—their growing edges, work points, relational patterns, and how you might best support their development within the group. If a particular member is challenging for you, that can be explored as well.
Your Development as a Group Leader
Jay has developed a framework for Group Leader Jobs and Capacities that can help identify specific areas you want to strengthen and track over time.
