About Our Advisory Groups

Advisory Groups offers a rare opportunity to work directly with Jay Earley.

Each Advisory Group has its own focus, but all share the spirit of collaboration, inquiry, and co-creation.

These are volunteer positions, and the schedule/frequency of meetings will be determined collaboratively. See the currently available Advisory Groups below:

Psychology Literature Advisory Group

This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the current psychology literature and contribute to shaping something innovative and healing for the future.

Our focus will be on how existing ideas—especially from the world of interpersonal group therapy—relate to the model Jay is developing for Interactive IFS Groups.

You’ll read articles, books, and websites and take part in thoughtful discussions with Jay and the other Advisory Group members.

Innovations Advisory Group

This is an opportunity to help develop innovations for the Interactive Group model alongside a broader framework of Transformational Psychology that Jay is developing.

Jay will share his latest thinking and invite your reflections, feedback, and creative contributions.

To be a member of this group you will need to have pre-existing experience with theory and/or Jay's model.

Together, you will explore how these ideas can be refined, expanded, and/or connected with other theories.
