In this advanced training, you'll deepen your Interactive IFS Group leadership skills while cultivating your unique style as a group leader.

Building on the foundation of Level 1, this Level 2 training expands your leadership capacities through direct practice, in-depth feedback, and advanced teaching on group dynamics and transformational processes. 

Each session includes both didactic teaching and experiential group work. Much of the experiential group time is led by participants, under Jay’s supervision, with in-depth reflection and feedback. You’ll have the opportunity to explore your own leadership patterns, parts, and growing edges in real time, supported by a skilled community.

There will be a Peer Practice Group that meets on the in-between weeks without Jay, to further build your skills.   

The training is limited to just 8 people. This creates an intimate space to learn and practice, while receiving direct guidance from Jay. As in the Level 1 training, you will receive evolving group materials as Jay develops them.

Prerequisites: Completion of Level 1 Group Leader Training or equivalent experience. It's also highly recommended to have an environment to practice group leading outside of this training and the Peer Practice Group.
