About this Course

In training people to lead Interactive IFS Groups, Jay has developed theory that explains how change and inner transformation happens for group members. He is now in the process of expanding that theory so that it applies more broadly than just groups. This theory is based on understandings about parts and Self from Internal Family Systems and goes considerably further than that.

Interpersonal Psychology is a study of the ways that people relate to others. How we function well, how we struggle, and what is going on in our depths that is behind all of it. Understanding this can help you if you are a therapist, coach, group leader, or work with people psychologically on interpersonal issues. It can also help if you are working on your own interpersonal patterns.

Jay wants your help in developing this material and applying it, to see if it is helpful to you. You will have multiple opportunities to contribute and provide feedback on his ideas.
